The Admissions Team helps African applicants prepare for the HBS admissions journey. They offer resume support, interview prep, and guidance rooted in lived experience. Their work makes the application process more accessible and less intimidating. By hosting outreach events and collaborating with partners, they help expand the pipeline of strong African candidates. Each year, they welcome a new group of students into ABC and help ensure that African representation at HBS continues to grow with confidence and purpose.

Things we get up to

1
Application Readiness Events
Through webinars, info sessions, and one-on-one feedback, we help applicants understand the process and craft strong applications with confidence.
2
Interview Support
Members offer mock interviews and coaching to help applicants prepare for HBS interviews with insight and poise.
The Academics Team supports members through the academic experience at HBS. They host review sessions, recommend Africa-focused electives, and offer practical advice for navigating the case method. Their work also includes pushing for more African content in business education. By supporting both academic performance and representation in the classroom, this team helps members succeed and shape how Africa is discussed in a global learning environment. They are a resource for both support and influence.

Whether supporting students exploring entrepreneurship, consulting, or social impact, the team ensures everyone has access to tools, networks, and inspiration.
